Integrated Marketing Associate

The Integrated Marketing Associate supports the execution of brand marketing and communications initiatives across all channels. This role is responsible for coordinating marketing communications, supporting PR initiatives, managing event logistics, and ensuring consistent brand representation through campaign rollouts. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners. 

Responsibilities: 

1. Event & Activation Support 

  • Support the planning and of events such as client webinars, press & influencer activations, and in-store client activations. Manage operational elements, including invitation design, sample orders, spend tracking, and reporting on ROI. Coordinate pre- and post-event logistics, ensuring timely execution and follow-up. 

  • Assist press/KOL appointments at the New York Ambassade (opening Spring 2026) 

2. Communication & Reporting 

  • Support the development and distribution of internal and external marketing communications, including presentations, newsletters, launch toolkits, and press & campaign recaps. 

  • Maintain the marketing calendar and act as the point of contact for key product timelines, campaign launches, and content availability. 

3. Partner Engagement 

  • Assist in onboarding new partners by sharing relevant materials, coordinating introductory calls, and ensuring visibility on partner platforms. 

  • Support visual merchandising execution for new doors and store refreshes, including order placement and inventory tracking. 

4. Asset Management & Operations 

  • Maintain and manage inventory of marketing materials, product samples, and visual merchandising assets, ensuring timely replenishment and organization. 

  • Manage PR product inventory closet and execute seasonal and product launch mailers (along with PR agency) to press and influencers 

  • Manage the marketing inbox and ensure all inquiries are responded to in a timely and professional manner. 

  • Coordinate the development and distribution of marketing collateral to support seasonal campaigns and new product launches. 

5. Analysis  

  • Conduct competitive audits to track market positioning and pricing benchmarks. 

  • Monitor B2B partner websites to ensure compliance with all promotional guidelines 

  • Ad hoc projects as necessary 

Success Indicators: 

  • Consistent and timely execution of marketing activations and events 

  • Increased engagement and ROI on trade communications and campaigns 

  • Polished press recaps delivered in a timely manner 

  • Accurate and up-to-date marketing calendar and asset availability 

  • Efficient internal coordination across various teams 

Key Collaborators:

  • Internal: Marketing, Retail, Sales, Education, Operations 

  • External: Professional Clients, Vendors, External PR Agency 

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate Degree preferred in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • 1-3+ years experience in marketing or related field with experience in a beauty, retail or luxury environment a plus
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office with experience in Adobe Creative Suite, Salesforce, Google analytics, hootsuite, etc. a plus
  • Flexibile, positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills 
  • A self-starter who is organized and solution-oriented with strong attention to detail 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills
  • Strong project management and analytical skills and follow-through on projects
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment with minimal direction & strong initiative
